Changes at EnerVision

During the past few months, EnerVision has made some important changes in its organization with roles and responsibilities.

On February 12, 2007, EnerVision, Inc. announced the promotion of Elaine Johns to President/CEO.  She will be responsible for the overall management and operations of the company as well as leading the efforts to set and implement the future direction of the business.  Elaine has served as a Vice President with EnerVision since its beginning in 1997.

EnerVision will soon be celebrating its ten-year anniversary.  Nelson Hawk has been at the helm as President/CEO since the company’s inception.  He will now serve as Chairman of the Board.  His primary responsibilities will be to focus on business development efforts for the company and provide value-added services for EnerVision’s clients, including support of existing active projects.  He will continue to support the company and its clients with future business activities.

In December, Barry Birkett was promoted to Vice President of EnerVision.  Barry has been with EnerVision since the company started its consulting business.  Barry continues primarily to manage and support power supply, financial and pricing projects for the company.

A new face in the crowd is Mark Reeves.  He joined EnerVision in February as a Principal Consultant.  Mark was formerly with Oglethorpe Power Corporation (OPC) where he served as the Director of Power Contracts.  Mark’s focus will be primarily with power supply projects
