EnerVision Announces Organizational Changes

EnerVision’s Board of Directors announced changes in its leadership which took effect February 12, 2007. 

Elaine Johns, Vice President of EnerVision since its inception in 1997, was promoted to President/CEO whereby she will be responsible for the overall management and operations of the company as well as leading the efforts to set and implement the future direction of the business.

Nelson Hawk, the President/CEO of EnerVision since its inception, will now serve as Chairman of the Board.  His primary responsibilities will be to focus on business development efforts for the company and provide value-added services for EnerVision’s clients, including support of existing active projects.  He will continue to support the company and its clients with future business activities.
